In the research Dr.Jinesh Kochar, found people who regularly eat breakfast with cereals that contain whole grains every day have low blood pressure 20% higher than that of persons who are not of breakfast cereals.


"Regular physical activity can more grain consumption of cereals reduce the risk of high blood pressure," said Kochar, Boston geriatric medicine researchers.
