Health advice to consume meat

>advice healthy to consume meat-many of us who still believe that red meat, like beef, lamb or pork, is one of the major causes of heart disease.  In fact, if the meat is selected and processed correctly, we can reduce saturated fat levels, avoiding the first wrinkles, clogged arteries and also an increase in cholesterol.  Here's advice on health for the consumption of meat:


1. Choose the best.  If you want to buy meat, choose a new, new, and has the most low fat.


2 fat-free.  As a buyer, you can apply lean chosen for the vendor.  Usually in big supermarkets, lean meat is more easily because it has been described as "without fat."
